Use of Preposition (Next)

How It’s Used:

यह कैसे उपयोग किया जाता है:

next to

के पास, अगला

Example:

the next bus leaves in 20 minutes

अगली बस 20 मिनट में छुट् गई

see you again next monday

अगले सोमवार को फिर से मिलेंगे

i wonder what will happen next

मुझे आश्चर्य है कि आगे क्या होगा

Use of Preposition (As)

How It’s Used:

यह कैसे उपयोग किया जाता है:

used to refer to the function or character that someone or something has

किसी व्यक्ति या किसी चीज़ के फ़ंक्शन या चरित्र को संदर्भित करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है

during the time of being (the thing specified)

होने के दौरान (निर्दिष्ट वस्तु)

Example:

he got a job as a cook

उसे एक खाना पकाने के रूप में नौकरी मिल गई

he had often been sick as a child

वह अक्सर एक बच्चे की तरह बीमार होता था

Use of Preposition (Still)

How It’s Used:

still

(अभी भी, अब तक)

Example:

you still live in Surat?

आप अभी भी सूरत में रहते हैं?

there was still more bad news to come

आने के लिए अभी भी और भी बुरी खबरें थीं

Use of Preposition (Till)

How It’s Used:

यह कैसे उपयोग किया जाता है:

till (Positive) (तक)

until (Negative) (तक)

Example:

play here till I come back

जब तक मैं वापस आऊंगा तब तक यहां खेलें

I will be here till 28^th June

मैं यहां 28 जून तक रहूंगा
