Present Perfect Tense

Present Perfect Tense: The present perfect tense is to indicate completed activities in the immediate past.

Present perfect = use of have / has + V3 (past participle)

I have eaten mango
We have eaten mango
Second Person
You have eaten mango
You have eaten mango
Third Person
He has eaten mango
They have eaten mango
She has eaten mango
It has eaten mango

Rules: 
  • Present perfect tense is used in the always V3. And with be verb have / has to think suffix.

Formula: 

Positive: Subject + have / has + V3 + object
Negative: Subject + have / has + not + V3 + object
Interrogative: Have / has + subject + V3 + object
Nag. Int.: Have / has + not + subject + V3 + object

Examples: 
  1. We have finished our dinner.
  2. The train has arrived now.
Example:
 
मैं खा चुका हूँ ।
Positive: I have eaten.
Negative: I haven’t eaten.
Interrogative: Have I eaten?
Neg. Int.: Haven’t I eaten?

राजुने अपना काम कर लिया है ।
Positive: Raju has done his work.
Negative: Raju hasn’t done his work.
Interrogative: Has Raju done his work?
Neg. Int.: Hasn’t Raju done his work?

सूर्य अस्त हो गया है ।
Positive: The Sun has set.
Negative: The Sun hasn’t set.
Interrogative: Has The Sun set?
Neg. Int.: Hasn’t The Sun set?
